RATES FROM NOVEMBER - APRIL (Email for inquiries of 1-6 months in low season.)
Daily - Weekdays Mon-Thur night $129
Weekends - Fri-Sat nights $139
Weekly (any consecutive 7 nights) $850
Monthly (during the months of Dec-April) $1650*
Pet fee (1 dog as approved) $50 per stay (1 week or less)
Cleaning fee $125 per stay
Security Deposit $250
*Requires application, government ID and signed rental agreement with additional security deposit

Burt Lake State Park Beach - 2 miles from our place...shallow swimming...perfect for families
Cycling - Extensive trail system throughout northern Michigan-trail head with parking 3 miles away
ATV/ORV - our property has tracks that extend into state land and connect to groomed trails
Boating/Fishing - Boat launches on Burt Lake, Indian River and Mullet Lake (We have plenty of room for parking your trailer at the cottage.)
Kayaking, tubing the Sturgeon River (3 kayaks and 4 river tubes on site for renters' use or rent from Big Bear Adventures)
Snowmobiling
Skiing/Snowboarding - Treetops and Nubs Knob Resorts
Snowshoeing - we provide 4 sets of snowshoes for renters' use
Wine tasting - Burt Lake Brewery, Maple Moon Sugarbush and Winery, and many more
Public Park 1 mile away with playground, trails, skating rink, skate park, soccer field, baseball diamond and picnic shelter
Mackinaw City and Island Ferrys are 30 minutes north

There is a grocery store close by so we were able to cook out while enjoying the fire pit. There are some nice local restaurants in the area as well. Our kids are college age. We enjoyed our family time and liked the amount of space we had to spread out a bit. The location was ideal for us. We were just a half hour from Mackinac City and Petosky. The owners left us a huge binder of area attractions as well. We hope to return in the near future!"
